TERM AND CONDITIONS

FOR INDIAN CUSOTMERS

1. SALES TAX i) VAT/CST will be charged extra @ 5.25% for unregistered cusotmers.
    ii) For Registered Dealers, VAT/CST will be charged extra @ 2%. However balance tax will be charged as Tax Security which will be refunded after receiving C form against invoice.
2. STATE ENTRY TAX Extra as applicable
3. SERVICE TAX  NIL
4. EXCISE DUTY NIL
5. PACKING CHARGES Prices are inclusive of packing charges. Extra charges will be applicable for special packing (Wooden Crate etc) on customer demand.
6. DELIVERY CHARGES Extra as per actual mention on shipping document.
7. DELIVERY PERIOD Depends on quantity and availablity in stock. Must be confirmed at the time of quote.
8. WARRANTY Though great care is taken while packing. There is no warranty for damage caused by mishandling of goods during transit.
9. DISCOUNT AARK offers special discounts to its premium customers upto 50% on list price depending on quantity of product or total value of purchase order. Actual Discount discount must be confirmed at the time of quote.
10. PAYMENT 100% advance against performa invoice.

1. PRICE Price will be offered on F.O.B or C.l.F basis as customers choice.
2. DELIVERY CHARGES Extra as applicable
3. DELIVERY PERIOD Depends on quantity and availablity in stock. Must be confirmed at the time of quote.
4. PORT OF LOADING Delhi Airport, India
5. PACKING Standard export packing.
6. ORIGIN India
7. BRAND AARK Brand (100% brand new).
